MEET THE CAST
ALICE MARCONDES
AS APRIL

Alice Marcondes is excited to take on the role of April. As a Brazilian-American who grew up in the Bible Belt, she has a unique world view that has also been hugely shaped by her Catholic family. Taking on this project and diving deeper into the church's views is of course a challenge, but a conversation that needs to be had. She's a proud graduate of the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities and the Atlantic Acting School Full Time Conservatory.
SAMANTHA PROCTOR
AS SISTER CECILIA

Samantha Proctor is looking forward to diving deep into the role of Sister Cecelia. Originally from Australia, she didn’t grow up in a religious family but she believes the poignant subject matter that this series sheds light on to have a world wide impact. After training in Australia she set sail for the US where she completed the Atlantic Acting School Full Time Conservatory in Manhattan. She had the privilege of bringing Yelena Andreyeevna to life in a production of Uncle Vanya as her graduating salute performed on Atlantic’s Stage 2. Post graduation last December, Samantha has taken to the stage twice in New York City bringing new works to life produced by Manhattan Reparatory.

GRACE ADRIANA
AS SISTER AGNES
Grace Adriana is thrilled to play Sister Agnes. Born in Italy, she was raised Catholic, although her spiritual upbringing in the household was sui generis: while her dad would read her Plato, her mom took her to yoga class, and her sister decorated their room with posters of Che Guevara and the Rainbow Flag. Bringing humanity and three-dimensionality to Sister Agnes’ conservativism is what makes this project most compelling and a challenge worth undertaking! Grace is a recent graduate of the Atlantic Acting School Full Time Conservatory.
MONICA ARSENAULT
AS MEGAN

Monica Arsenault is delighted to explore the role of Megan. Growing up in a very liberal town with a very Catholic father, she has a unique perspective to the issues discussed in this series. She is excited to continue exploring her world view as it contrasts with church teaching by working on this project. Monica is an actress, writer, producer, and director based in Brooklyn. She is a proud graduate of the Atlantic Acting School Full Time Conservatory and a former student of the School of Visual Arts.
